The eagle embodies love. When we smudge and pray our prayers are carried to creator by the eagle. Lead with love in all that you do.
Respect is represented by the Bison.
To have respect for oneself is of most importance. To respect yourself and your life teaches you to respect others and to live in balance.
Courage is represented by the Bear.
The Bear teaches us to live and walk with courage, to face our fears head on, and to protect the ones we love.
Honesty is represented by the Sabe.
To live a life with honesty to yourself and to all around you is to live life in a good way. Be honest in all that you do.
Humility is represented by the Wolf.
You are one of creators creations.
Carry yourself with humility as you walk this earth.
Wisdom is represented by the Beaver.
The Beaver teaches us to make life's decisions based on the knowledge and wisdom given by our elders.
Truth is represented by the Turtle.
Truth to live your life in a way based on these teachings is to be true to yourself and to all living beings.
