Mitsoh is an Indigenous-founded food company created by Ian Gladue, from Bigstone Cree Nation in Wabasca, Alberta, Treaty 8 Territory. Meaning “eat” in Cree, Mitsoh celebrates Indigenous food traditions through flavourful snacks made for everyday life.
