4 Generations Creations Store Policy

Final Sale: All products, with the exception of apparel and shoes (see policy below), are final sale. This includes consignment. No exceptions.

Exchanges: Apparel and Shoes may be exchanged within 14 business days with receipt, original tags/boxes, and in unused condition. Everything else is Final Sale. No exceptions.

Refunds/Returns: We do not provide refunds or returns. No exceptions.

Taxes: As an Indigenous Business located in town, we must abide by the law and charge all applicable taxes – just like any other store in town (Fabric Land, Michaels, Wal-Mart, etc.). Alternatively, we do provide shipping with tax exempt to Indigenous People with “valid status cards” who reside on reserve. Please send your status card pictures with shipping address to Info@4GenerationsCreations.ca. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs.

Safety: We will not tolerate any negative behaviour in-store or towards our staff.
